Your shop is not on the insurance company's list. If I get my vehicle repaired at your shop, will the insurance company still pay for all of the damages?

Yes, this is America. It's your car and your money paid the insurance premium. You are entitled to have the shop of your choice to repair your vehicle.

Am I required to take my car to a shop the insurance company tells me to?

No, Georgia State Law states that you have the right to choose where you get your vehicle repaired. The insurance company cannot require you to use a specific shop, so choose the shop that you trust and is willing to work with you.

Why is my insurance company telling me to take my vehicle to another shop?

This is called steering. Some insurance companies direct work to contracted shops that they have negotiated an agreement with to their benefit. Legally, you have the right to select the shop of your choice to repair your vehicle.

What are some insurance company tricks?

Be aware of some insurance company tricks. They will try to steer you to shops that they have on their list. If your vehicle is not in driving condition, they will instruct you to have your vehicle moved to a shop that they have on their list. If your vehicle is drivable, they will instruct you to get an estimate from their shops. They will tell you that they can only guarantee the repairs from shops on their list.

Sometimes, they will tell you that any other charges above their written estimate will be your responsibility. None of these statements are true. Georgia law protects your freedom of choice, and the insurance company must honor your decision without any intimidation or threats to you in any way.

Who is responsible for and guarantees the quality of repairs?

Although many insurance companies advertise repair guarantees, the body shop will ultimately be accountable for any warranty. Look for a shop with a long history of satisfying its customers.

Will I receive a lifetime warranty from your shop even though you are not on the insurance company's list of direct shops?

Yes, we guarantee all of our repairs, not the insurance company.

Who do I pay my deductible to?

You pay your deductible to the shop when you pick up your vehicle.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
